Health and Safety Pre-screening Guidelines
For the safety of everyone against Corona Virus, our medical practice has instituted new health and safety procedures and Pandanus Telehealth consulting options for our patients.
If you have any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath, sore throat and diarrhea and/or if you have been overseas or interstate for the last 14 days, please call us on 07-3823-3373 instead of booking online so our team can provide you with the most appropriate advice. During this busy period, please do not attend the clinic without calling ahead first.
Pandanus Telehealth offers phone consultations with our doctors to provide medical advice, issue certificates, medications scripts, provide referrals and necessary information without you leaving your home. Please call our reception, 07-3823-3373 for a Telehealth appointment during office hours. Alternately you can go online and submit a request/consent form by clicking the TeleHealth button. One of our staff will get back to you.
