What is a DNA?
A DNA (Did Not Attend) refers to a patient who has booked an appointment but fails to show up without providing prior notice.
Our DNA Policy
To ensure efficient use of our doctors' time and resources, we have implemented the following DNA policy:
As of October 2024, we will charge a $50 DNA fee. You will receive an SMS payment request within 2 business days of the date of non-attendance. Any outstanding fees must be settled before a future booking can be made.

What is a DNA?

Our DNA Policy
To ensure efficient use of our doctors' time and resources, we have implemented the following DNA policy:
- Non-Attendance Fee: Patients who fail to attend their appointments without providing at least 2 hours notice may be charged a non-attendance fee.
- Repeated DNAs: If a patient has multiple instances of DNAs, additional consequences may apply, including but not limited to:
- Rejection of future online booking
- Referral to a different healthcare provider

To avoid a DNA fee, please follow these guidelines:
- Notify Us in Advance: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 2 hours notice.
- Confirm Your Appointment: when you receive the confirmation text or email before your appointment confirm your attendance.
In certain circumstances, exceptions may be made to the DNA policy. These may include:
- Medical Emergencies: If you are unable to attend your appointment due to a medical emergency, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Other Valid Reasons: other valid reasons for non-attendance may be considered.
